Lifestyle and food considerations:

  • Vegetables, fruits, high protein, Vit B, Iron and anti-oxidants rich food.

  • Increase intake of Calcium rich foods

  • Include cruciferous vegetables likw cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale, spinach etc

  • Nuts like walnuts, almonds in moderate quantity.
